VibePodz (“VibePodz”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website vibepodz.com and provides curated affiliate deal links for premium audio products, primarily high-end mirror-quality AirPods and related accessories. You can reach us at [email protected].

VibePodz sells access to curated digital deal links. After a successful payment we deliver, by email, one or more URLs that point to third-party retailers where the underlying physical product can be ordered. We are not the seller, importer or shipper of the physical product itself. The actual sale of the physical item is concluded between you and the third-party retailer under their own terms.

Because we deliver a digital product (the deal link) instantly after payment, your order is considered fully performed at the moment the link is sent to you.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability of the underlying third-party products may change at any time and are outside our control.

An order is confirmed once Stripe has authorised the payment and you have received an order confirmation email from us. If a payment fails, the order is not concluded.

Deal links are delivered by email to the address you provided at checkout, normally within minutes after a successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to check your spam folder. If you have not received your link within 24 hours, contact [email protected] and we will resend it.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the deal link and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the link is sent. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or publicly publish the deal links you receive;
• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• attempt to bypass payment, scrape the site or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend or refuse service and cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or breach of these terms.

Once you click a deal link, you leave VibePodz and enter the website of a third-party retailer. Their terms, prices, shipping times, warranties and returns apply to the physical product. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, stock levels or shipping performance of any third-party retailer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our service is limited to the amount you paid to VibePodz for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for fraud, gross negligence or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

All content on vibepodz.com (text, design, logos, images, code) is owned by VibePodz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our prior written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment of your purchase applies to that order. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated “last updated” date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Commission ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
