Refund Policy

Short version

VibePodz sells digital products (curated deal links delivered instantly by email). For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If something goes wrong on our side, we fix it for free — see below.

1. Why no refunds?

What you purchase from VibePodz is a digital deal link, delivered to your inbox within minutes after a successful payment. Once that link is sent, the digital content has been fully delivered and cannot be “returned”.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately with the consumer’s prior express consent. By completing checkout you confirm that:

  • you want the deal link to be delivered immediately;
  • you understand that, once it has been sent, you lose your right of withdrawal and your right to a refund.

2. What we always fix — for free

If any of the following happens, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it at no cost to you:

  • You did not receive your deal link within 24 hours of payment (and it is not in spam).
  • The link we sent is broken, expired, or points to the wrong product.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • Your payment was charged but no order confirmation was created on our side.

In these cases we will resend a working link, issue the correct product, or — when no link can be delivered at all — refund that specific order.

3. What is not covered

  • Issues with the physical product shipped by the third-party retailer (delivery delays, damage, warranty, returns). These are handled by the retailer under their own policy. We can help you contact them if needed.
  • Change of mind after the deal link has been delivered.
  • Price changes at the third-party retailer after your purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description before buying.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first at [email protected] before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — in almost all cases we can resolve the issue faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being blocked.

5. How to contact us

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. We usually respond within one business day.
